We make to order.
All our instruments and effects are hand made in small runs, available for a limited time. As a result you should expect a wait generally 3-6 weeks (possibly longer for pre-sale items) after you order for the item to be shipped. Nothing leaves here without being tested and all products come with a two year warranty against malfunction. But please understand, these are hand made and may contain small imperfections.
All items are shipped from Winnipeg, Canada and duty charges or other fees from your home country may be added by your post office. We ship everything through Canada Post parcel service, with tracking number and insurance when available. NOTE: We will NOT falsify customs forms, so please don't ask us, thanks!
We charge a general, flat price on shipping that should cover most area's within your region. Some people pay a little more than they need to, some pay a little less. Its a yin and yang kinda thing.
